Freemasonry is a fraternal organization,
existing in various forms worldwide, whose membership has shared moral and
metaphysical ideals and in most of its branches requires a constitutional
declaration of belief in a Supreme Being.

This site is your space! We invite members and non-members to send in comments, articles, questions, pictures, or news. We can't promise to upload every piece, but we'll read it and weigh it and if we deem it appropriate, you'll see it on this site as soon as possible.
We currently have our Lodge activities calendar and photos from trips that Lodge members and friends have taken, and a few articles from our Worshipful Master and other Lodge members. We also have information about Masonry. If you would like to link your Masonic website to ours, just write and give us all the necessary information.
You'll be able to take a virtual tour of our wonderful Temple located in center city Philadelphia right next to the city's beautiful City Hall.

The Alpha and the Omega of Freemasonry
Solomon's Lodge No. 3, Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania, is the oldest continuously meeting Masonic Lodge in Pennsylvania, having operated without interruption of war or economic turmoil since it was chartered in 1764.
With a former Philadelphia mayor, a Right Worshipful Grand Master, several District Deputies, and other former and current dignitaries, our Lodge is rich in history of which our Members are duly proud. But greater than our pride in our past, is the pride which members of Solomon's Lodge No. 3 have instilling in its members the fact that the Blue Lodge is every Mason's core responsibility.

Another Masonic year is upon us. I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you as Worshipful Master. I plan an interesting year with programs to be enjoyed by all. Your new officers are also enthusiastic and would like to share that enthusiasm with all of you.
