In 1990, Brother Ed was a strong, caring, and knowledgeable Worshipful Master of Solomon’s Lodge No. 3.
He was a nurturing Past Master.
He earned his place on the roll call of Members of the Legion of Honor of LuLu Shrine, serving as Commander.
He was a Member of the prestigious Past Master’s Association of LuLu Shrine.
He was chosen as an Instructor at the Roxborough School of Instruction.
He served as Lodge Instructor for Solomon’s Lodge No. 3 from 1997 until his untimely death on June 1, 2008.
And in the position where he will be missed most of all by his Brothers, Brother Ed was an honest and gentle, friend and confidante of anyone needing him.
God chooses different beginnings for each of us, then He lets us choose our own paths thru life, and when He believes we’ve completed our journey, He chooses the time He’ll take us home.
To our dear friend Ed, God decided it was time to grant you peace, and time for us to grieve. But, I know that because of the brilliant path you took in life, what He has planned for tomorrow is:
Smiles as we review our memories.
Awe as we trade stories of your accomplishments, and as we meet more and more of the people you’ve touched and influenced, pride in having been your friend, and lasting gratitude to be your Brother.
I know I speak for all your Masonic Brothers when I say, “We love you Brother Ed, and promise to be there for your family.”
